Hands down best Mediterranean food I've had so far in AZ. From the steak to the hummus.. it was amazing. Oh and that hero burger was on point. Owners are incredible people and the place has a cozy amount of seating. If it wasn't so far from my house I'd be there weekly at the least.

The service was top notch and the food was great. I eat the MVP Sampler with side order of Greek fries.

What an accidental find! We were looking for healthy food and gave MVPita a try. Christian (owner) helped us with immense detail from gluten ingredients, organic veggies and fried oils, etc. My friend was able to eat a great meal without all the ingredients she can't have with total ease. We got samples, suggestions and had fabulous interaction! Our order was ready quickly and while not fancy inside, it has plenty of comfortable seating and everything you need. It was clean and spacious. Christian checked on us twice! Food was EXCELLENT! We tried chicken shawarma, steak, rice, babaghanoush, hummus and homemade gluten free falafel. Portions were big enough for at least 1 more meal if not 2. I wish I would have tried the baklava - guess I'll have to go back soon! We will be back and definitely recommend! Locally owned by a proud dad! I rarely review but it was an all around great experience and worth the time to share!

MVPita in Mesa is my absolute favorite spot for Greek food. Their chicken shawarma is unbeatable--especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays when it's under $7. The chicken is always juicy and flavorful, and the tzatziki? So creamy and tasty, it's the perfect complement. But it's not just the food that keeps me coming back. The service here is fantastic, and the people are always super nice. The inside is perfect for casual eating, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. MVPita has really nailed it on all fronts--amazing food, great atmosphere, and top-notch service. If you haven't been yet, you're missing out!

The place looks smaller from outside but when entering there are several tables on the left side, and a long counter table at the window, so you can enjoy your food and gaze outside. I had to have some babganoush, delish and garlicky, then a gyro pita because I love that and could eat gyros every day. We got our food to go so not having dined in can't give an opinion on the service - I think you order at the counter and take your food to your table. The gentleman that got our order - and I got a free piece of baklava for checking in - was friendly and nice, and very efficient with the orders. Some regulars were picking up their orders, while some were dining inside: everything and the whole place was friendly and even tbough the gentleman getting orders at the entrance, he was not terribly frazzled but kept everything under control. Now I just "have" to go get another gyro and oh my! more yummy baklava, so photos will be added. See you soon MVPita !!

First time in and everything was delicious! Falafels were some of my favorites (I prefer crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.) the tzatziki sauce was also one of my favorites. My kids loved their meals and they were priced nicely. Staff was friendly.

Came across a post on Facebook asking for best place for Gyro's and several people recommended MVP. I was in the neighborhood and so thought I would check out. This place is absolutely delicious!! I got the gyro plate with two sides and chose the rice and salad. The lamb is the best I've had around The Valley. I was so full from the amount of food but couldn't quit eating it because it's just that flavorful. Definitely check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

I wish I could give more stars!! We went here today for the first time & it was amazing! We started eating before I remembered to take pictures unfortunately. We tried a little bit of everything- hummus, tabouleh, gyro, steak, burgers, fries, baklava, etc. Across the board everything we ate was so fresh and tasty. No one at the table had a single complaint about anything we ate. The baklava was the best I've ever had! The service was absolutely amazing for being a quick service type of restaurant. I'd like to mention that I am a new mom nursing my baby who has a severe dairy allergy so eating out makes me nervous, but the owners were so knowledgeable about the menu and were very helpful in letting me know specifically what items I could and couldn't eat which was so amazing and I am so grateful. You can tell that the people here care about what they serve. I cannot wait to come back again. Next time you're in the mood for a good gyro, support this local family owned business and you won't be disappointed. Thanks Christian for a great first experience at my new favorite mediterranean restaurant!

We crave mediterranean food, A LOT. I've been following MVPita on Instagram for a while, and figured last night was a good night for delivery, and I'm not disappointed! The gyro meat, chicken, and falafel were so good and flavorful and well seasoned. The hummus is also the best I've had in a while! My only issue was just the packaging of the hummus, the drizzle of oil seeped out and soaked the paper bag. Their tzatziki sauce and Greek salad dressing were very good, and I would have doused all my food in them. We also ordered their MVP fries and were surprised with how lemony they tasted, but it works! The citrus flavor cuts the fatty meats and really rounds out the food. If you're in the area, definitely recommend giving them a try!

The only problem with this place is that it's not close enough to my house as I would like it to be! They have weekday specials which I have yet to take advantage of because I'm never on that side of town other than the weekends. Their food is consistent and everything is made fresh. Seems like it's a family business and the girl at the front sadly wasn't having the best day the most recent time we went. You order at the front right when you enter, then you proceed to grab your drinks and find a table. It was a bit dark inside but suits a more intimate setting for dinnertime. I love their greek fries!! must try! -togo orders take about 15-20mins -plenty of seatings for dine-in customers -accepts credit cards with no additional fees -no changing tables in the bathrooms :( Weird thing was the pricing on the menu didn't match anything I got charged for.. not a single item. It's a digital tv menu too so if there was a pricing update I feel like that would've been reflected on there as well. Don't forget to check in for your free baklava! they're delicious and not overly sweet :3
